Tic-Tac es una cápsula del tiempo construida con el material por excelencia para preservar la memoria: el papel.
El paso del tiempo y la evidencia de los cambios que conlleva son el fundamento de este proyecto, mientras que el diseño, la forma y la apariencia exterior de Tic-Tac evocan el imaginario de la tecnología espacial.

En su interior se crea un espacio para la interacción con información impresa que da testimonio del tiempo transcurrido. Esta estructura frágil plantea una pregunta fundamental:
¿Cuál es la importancia de la memoria en la construcción de un futuro mejor?

«Tic-Tac» es una onomatopeya que alude al sonido acompasado del mecanismo de un reloj al marcar el tiempo. Pero también remite a los pequeños dulces del mismo nombre, haciendo referencia al característico sonido que produce su envase plástico al abrirse y cerrarse.

Sin embargo, tal vez el dato más intrigante sobre el término «Tic-Tac» es su uso reciente para describir una nave de origen desconocido, cuyo diseño futurista se ha convertido en tema de interés dentro de las comunidades afines al fenómeno OVNI. Esto surgió tras la desclasificación de material fílmico y fotográfico por parte de agencias de inteligencia, donde se registraron objetos voladores con forma de cápsulas cilíndricas, monocromáticas y completamente herméticas, avistadas sobre el océano Atlántico por aviones de combate. Por su similitud con las pastillas, estos objetos también fueron bautizados como Tic-Tacs.

Tic-Tac es un cilindro de extremos semiesféricos, con un diámetro de 2,5 metros y una longitud total de 7,0 metros.
Su estructura está revestida, en el exterior, con páginas del diario El Espectador, y en el interior, con hojas de El Tiempo.

Dentro de esta cápsula, además de las noticias, habitan plantas y árboles sagrados de la sabana de Bogotá. Esta naturaleza viva está acompañada por dos marimbas de chonta, cuyo sonido armoniza el viaje espacial y evoca el fluir del agua.

Tic-Tac is an onomatopoeia that refers to the rhythmic sound of a clock mechanism marking time.
But it also alludes to the small candies of the same name, referencing the characteristic sound produced by their plastic container when opened and closed.

However, perhaps the most intriguing detail about the term «Tic-Tac» is its recent use to describe a craft of unknown origin, whose futuristic design has sparked interest among communities fascinated by the UFO phenomenon.
This association emerged following the declassification of film and photographic material by intelligence agencies, which documented flying objects with cylindrical, monochromatic, completely sealed shapes, spotted over the Atlantic Ocean by fighter jets.
Due to their resemblance to the mints, these objects were also dubbed Tic-Tacs.

Tic-Tac is a cylinder with hemispherical ends, measuring 2.5 meters in diameter and 7.0 meters in total length.
Its outer surface is covered with pages from El Espectador newspaper, while the interior is lined with sheets from El Tiempo.

Inside this capsule, alongside the news, live sacred plants and trees from the savannah of Bogotá.
This living nature is accompanied by two marimbas de chonta, whose sound harmonizes the space journey and evokes the flow of water.
